Account note
RateFlow does not require an account to use currency conversion, price viewing, favorites, and alerts.
Delete local app data
Alerts
Open the Alerts screen in the app and delete alerts you created.
Favorites
Unfavorite items from the Favorites list or item detail screens.
Language & preferences
Change settings in the app, or clear app data in your device system settings.
All local data
Uninstalling the app removes local alerts, favorites, preferences, and cache from the device.
Delete information from support emails
If you previously contacted us by email and would like to delete personal information contained in those emails, send a request to support@rateflow.cfd.
Please describe your request and the email address used. We will respond after processing within a reasonable time.
When deletion may be limited
Certain basic technical logs may be retained for a limited time for security, troubleshooting, or legal compliance. We aim to minimize scope and retention.
